Jerry Lynn Spooner, 64, of Mankato, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013. He was born Feb. 25, 1948, in Concordia, the son of Lee Melton and Lucille (Loomis) Spooner. Survivors include his mother, Lucille Spooner; and his brother, Jimmy (Pam) Spooner, of Jamul, Calif. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Spooner. There are no services planned at this time.
