Marlene F. Neilson, age 91, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2025 surrounded by her family at her home in Mankato, KS.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 1-8 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. at the Melby Mortuary, Mankato, Kansas.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, August 21, 2025 at the Harmony United Methodist Church, Mankato, Kansas with Pastor Jim Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Mankato, Kansas.

Memorials may be given to Solomon Valley Hospice or Harmony United Methodist Church in care of Melby Mortuary, PO Box 384, Mankato, KS 66956. A full obituary will be published later.
